An EasyBuy Account is an e-money account that you setup online. Once an account is established, you can fund it with credit and debit cards, bank transfers, cash vouchers and more.

An EasyBuy MasterCard is a prepaid MasterCard that is available in a Virtual Account and a Physical Card Account or both. The EasyBuy Virtual MasterCard works just like a normal MasterCard when you make online purchases. However, it is not tied to a bank account. If you purchase a Virtual EasyBuy Card and don't want to get physical card, we will provide you with all the details you need to make MasterCard purchases online, over the telephone or by fax/email including your card account number, CVV2 and expiration date. You can manage both your Virtual and Physical MasterCard Account online at www.easybuy.com. An EasyBuy Physical MasterCard is a plastic MasterCard and can be used worldwide at millions of participating merchants and ATM's. After your online purchase, we will mail you your EasyBuy Physical MasterCard. There are no financing or interest charges associated with an EasyBuy MasterCard because the card is prepaid. Your spending limit is the amount of funds you have loaded onto the card. Simple and safe.

The EasyBuy Virtual Card is EUR 7.99 (this includes a EUR 1.00 fee for card activation) and the EasyBuy Physical card is EUR 39.90 which includes printing of you personal card and shipping fees. If you pay your order with a credit card the amount will be converted into USD and may vary abit. Each time you load your card there will be a nominal fee depending on your Funding Source. 2. Enter your email address carefully and read the on-screen instructions. You will be asked for the answer your security question.

Some customers choose to start using only a Virtual EasyBuy Card and once they see the great benefits choose to get an EasyBuy Physical Card in their wallet. The EasyBuy Physical card is a personalized plastic MasterCard that you can carry in your wallet or purse and use it at merchants and ATMs worldwide, only limited by your prepaid balance.

With a prepaid MasterCard, you put money on the card first and then spend it however you wish. Since EasyBuy MasterCard's are prepaid, there is no credit limit. This means that your spending limit is determined by the amount of money that you have loaded onto your EasyBuy MasterCard. Merchants and ATMs can not see a difference if you have a prepaid MasterCard or a credit MasterCard.

Because it is prepaid, anyone can purchase one regardless of credit history, income or origin. Some of the other benefits are:

• Protects against personal information being stolen or abused online.
• An EasyBuy MasterCard gives you many of the benefits of a credit card like ability to book airline tickets, hotels or rental cars.

Your EasyBuy Account is an e-money account, similar to a bank account. An EasyBuy Account allows you to fund and create prepaid EasyBuy Virtual and Physical MasterCards as well as to do certain money transactions similar to online banking aswell as receive payments from others upon verification.

No. The funds held in your EasyBuy Account do not earn any interest.

No, the currency of your EasyBuy Account cannot be changed. The EasyBuy Account operates in the currency that you have setup at the beginning. You can however use your EasyBuy MasterCard to make purchases in any transaction currency, only a small currency conversion fee will apply.

To view your EasyBuy Account transaction history, please follow these steps:

1. Log onto your EasyBuy Account and select the Account Summary tab at the top of the page.
2. Click the Transaction History button.

The EasyBuy account allows you to manage your loads to your EasyBuy Card and maintain your personal information and account settings. You will be able to control your movements through the transaction history. Furthermore you have the possibility to send and receive funds to and from other EasyBuy customers and third parties.

If a merchant makes a refund based upon a prior purchase, it will be credited to the EasyBuy MasterCard you used to make the original purchase.

To apply for an EasyBuy Account, go to www.apply4mastercard.com and just follow the instructions to fill out the registration form.

To set up an EasyBuy Account, you must simply provide certain personal details and choose a username and password.To lift certain limits and usuage restrictions you will be asked to provide personal documents.

To load more funds onto one of your EasyBuy MasterCard follow these steps: Log onto your EasyBuy Account and click on the "Load Funds" tab. Select a funding source that best suits you or choose one that has been saved for your convenience before Enter the amount you wish to load Confirm all the details and click 'Submit'.

To delete a Funding Source please follow these steps: Log onto your EasyBuy Account and click on the 'Load funds tab Select Edit on the Saved Funding Sources section. Click on “remove”.

Every EasyBuy MasterCard is registered to the user who initially purchase it only with us in Gibrlatar. Please use the same address you provided to us during your registration.

To view your Funding Source transaction history please follow these steps: Log onto your EasyBuy account and select the "Load Funds" tab at the top of the page. Select the Saved Funding Source on the bottom of the page which you would like to view. Click on “Edit” and then on “Show/Hide Transactions”.

If your EasyBuy MasterCard expires and you have enough funds in your account we will send you a new card at the latest two weeks before expiry.

Simply log in to your EasyBuy Account and select “View Balance” on the “accounts Summary Page”.

• You must be over 18 years of age.
• You must provide valid personal information, if you made a mistake during account opening, our ID verification system may have blocked your account, in this case we will contact you for further verification.

You credit/debit card may have been rejected for various reasons. We have listed below the most common causes:

• Insufficient funds available.
• Frequent use of the card for online transactions.
• Your card may not be authorized by the issuing bank for online transactions.
• Your card may have a daily/monthly spend limit.
• Your card may have a dayly/monthly velocity limit.

We solely use your personal information to help us administer your account, to improve our services to you and to provide you with products you have requested. We do not give, rent or sell your personal information to any organization or individual. We solely store all information in Gibraltar.
